--------- VACAPP VIDEOS - PRIVACY POLICY --------

This policy covers VacApp's video tutorials: how VacApp publishes them on YouTube, and how they are shown in the VacApp app and on vacapp.net. The privacy policy of the VacApp app itself is at https://vacapp.net/privacy_policy.txt.

--- YouTube API Services ---
VacApp uses YouTube API Services to publish its video tutorials on VacApp's own YouTube channel. By watching them you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

--- What data is accessed ---
a. Only VacApp's own YouTube channel is accessed through the YouTube API, by an internal publishing tool authorized by the channel owner. The tool uploads the tutorials, their subtitles and their descriptions, adds them to the channel's playlists, and makes a tutorial unlisted when a new version replaces it.
b. VacApp does not access, collect or store any data of your YouTube or Google account. You do not need to sign in with Google to watch the tutorials, in the app or on vacapp.net.

--- What data is stored and shared ---
c. The only YouTube data VacApp stores is public information about its own tutorial videos: video id, title, description, duration, chapters and the narrated text. It contains no personal information. VacApp shows it in the app and on vacapp.net, and does not share it with anyone else.
d. The access token of the channel owner's authorization is stored encrypted, and is used only by the publishing tool.

--- Cookies and device storage ---
e. VacApp does not place cookies or store information on your device for YouTube API Services. When you open a tutorial, it is played by YouTube, which handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy.

--- Revoking access and deleting data ---
f. The authorization given to VacApp's publishing tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
g. When it is revoked, or on request to the contact address below, VacApp deletes the stored access token and any data obtained from YouTube API Services within 7 days.

VacApp may update this policy; the current version is always at https://vacapp.net/vacapp_videos_privacy_policy.txt
